Principal terms

This agreement commences once you have indicated your acceptance in the declaration section of the web sign-up process.

You cannot transfer this agreement to anyone else.

Your membership starts immediately unless you select a deferred start date.

You will be entitled to all the rights and privileges exercisable for the type of membership chosen.

You manage your own account in your “Fit by Wix” account. Emccfitness will not intervene with your account, you enter your details and make any amendments to your account.  You may also book Ram & Row classes via the app.

 

Fees and Charges

The first membership fees are collected by credit card/debit card (whichever you chose) on your membership application date.  These fees are not refundable under any circumstances.

We do not intervene in your account, you manage your own account so we can only apply for payment from a card / bank account that you enter into Emccfitness payment details, therefore unpaid fees are non-refundable in any circumstance.

 

Parking

There are parking facilities on the gym premises. Parking is free of charge and parking is at the owner’s risk.

 

Toilet facilities

There are toilet facilities onsite.

By signing up as a member of Emccfitness you agree to receive correspondence via email or phone from us about upcoming bookings, plans and the latest news and promos for Emccfitness. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the banner at the bottom of your emails. If you need assistance or want to be removed from our mailing list please contact us directly and we assist you with this.

Variation

We reserve the right to amend or vary these terms and conditions in our sole discretion at any time, without affecting orders already placed. Your use of the website is deemed acceptance of its terms.
